Task 1.1: A Consortium Agreement will be set up and signed by all partners. This document will set out the rules of decision making throughout the project and provide the frame for settling potential conflicts among the partners.
Task 1.2: Kick-Off Meeting at the beginning, two intermediate Project Meeting and a Final Meeting will be organized. In addition, if required, smaller physical meetings and workshops will be held.
Task 1.3: A project website will be set up and maintained by BOKU/WB. The website will be the interface with the interested scientific and wider public.
Task 1.4: Internal day to day communication will be via emails, skype and phone meetings and calls.
Task 1.5: Periodic and Final Reports will be produced according to the regulations and guidelines of the funding body.
